The documents and their descriptions below are intended to demonstrate the breadth of Ms. Hubbell's writing and analytic skills with examples that are not included in other sections of the portfolio.  All of these documents were created as part of doctoral coursework completed in the past two years.

The grant proposal and associated institutional review board application presented here represent the culminating assignment in the course on grant writing.  The proposal was written for the Institute for Educational Sciences (IES) grant competition in the category of Early Learning Programs and Policies.  It was not submitted to IES due to the extensive nature of the proposed project and Ms. Hubbell's desire to explore other areas of research before committing to such a project.
